Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the sales team, including goal setting, performance management, and alignment with overall sales objectives.
- Drive sales performance through key metrics, including revenue, prospecting, pipeline health, conversion rates, and quotas, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Learn and incorporate new solutions, capabilities, sales tactics, and tools into the sales team.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to sales representatives by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed and conducting regular training sessions on sales techniques, solution knowledge, and market insights.
- Work closely with marketing, solution development, and other departments to align client outreach, solution launches, and sales initiatives.
- Proactively review and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business targets and team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience
- Previous management experience
