About the role
The Sales Development Manager will coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives, drive the team to meet or exceed KPIs, establish effective sales development strategies, partner on the go-to-market strategy, proactively track and analyze key trends, implement and execute professional development programming, and partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract Sales Development talent.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives, driving the team to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Establish effective sales development strategies that scale as the team grows.
- Partner on the go-to-market strategy, including email, phone, and social messaging.
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions.
- Implement and execute professional development programming to enable team members to succeed as Sales Development Representatives and prepare them for future roles in the organization.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract Sales Development talent.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development or related field.
- Experience managing a team of sales development representatives.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.

Pay
Base compensation range: $102,000 - $127,000 USD.
