We need to produce HTML fragment with sections only if posting has real specific content. Must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. The posting includes: - Compensation Range $135,000 - $155,000 (Pay) - Compensation Disclaimer (maybe part of Pay) - Job Summary (About the role) - Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities) - Key Qualifications (Qualifications) - Also there is "What Altus Group Offers" includes benefits, growth, flexible work model, inclusivity, etc. That could map to Benefits section. - There's also "Unlock your Altus Experience!" maybe part of Benefits or About? Not needed. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience etc. We have actual content for Pay (range). Benefits: they list "Rewarding performance: competitive compensation, incentive and bonus plans, and a total rewards package prioritizing mental, physical, and financial well-being. Growth and development: we invest in your professional learning. Our Altus Intelligence Academy offers over 150,000 hours of learning content. Flexible work model: our Activity-Based Work model provides flexibility to align your work location to the needs of the work — use the office for collaboration and remote work for focused tasks. Inclusivity & Accessibility ...". That's substantive. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Schedule section. Skills: Could be derived from qualifications? But we have Qualifications section; Skills maybe separate but we can omit if not explicit. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. Could also include Skills if we have explicit skills list; but we have qualifications that include skills. Might combine Qualifications and Skills? But they said use headings for those specific headings if content exists. We have qualifications content; we can put under

Qualifications

. Skills maybe not needed. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting within those sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we need to convert the long paragraph into list items? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. The responsibilities are a list of duties; we should break them into

    • items. Similarly qualifications could be list. Benefits also list. We need to preserve all substantive information; we cannot omit any detail. So we need to extract each duty as separate list item. The responsibilities paragraph is long with many sentences separated by periods. We need to split into sensible list items. Must not lose any detail. Similarly qualifications list. We need to be careful not to add extra content not in posting. Let's parse responsibilities: "You will work with internal partners to define and implement relevant compensation performance metrics and dashboards to assist leadership in managing the business and making data-driven decisions. As well as have the chance to foster close, cooperative relationships with business leaders, sales management, field sales, sales operations team, finance and HR." We need to keep each as separate
    • . Some sentences are long; we keep them verbatim. Now qualifications: "You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA You have 5+ years of experience solving business problems and analyzing data You have 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Operations with a focus on Sales Compensation in a growing SaaS/technology company You have the ability and skill to interpret, understand and guide compensation policies, procedures and guidelines You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data; to comprehend qualitative and quantitative methods to perform accurate analysis You have proven experience, knowledge, and skills related to defining and optimizing reporting and analytical needs, deploying action plans, and determining future capabilities You are a highly motivated self-starter that can effectively manage multiple competing projects while being focused on critical timelines. You have SQL experience, with the ability to query, analyze, and interpret data to support reporting, data analysis, ETL and business decision making A Certified Sales Compensation Profession (CSCP) designation is an asset" We need to keep each bullet as
    • . Some lines have "You will have experience..." etc. Now Benefits section: from "What Altus Group Offers". Let's extract: "Rewarding performance: competitive compensation, incentive and bonus plans, and a total rewards package prioritizing mental, physical, and financial well-being. Inclusivity & Accessibility Altus Group is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where all clients and employees feel welcomed, accepted and valued. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class. Applicants with disabilities may contact Altus Group to request and arrange for accommodations. If you need accommodation, please contact us at accessibilityusa@altusgroup.com or +1 888 692 7487. Use of Artificial Intelligence AI tools may be used to support the initial stages of screening for this role; however, all assessments and final hiring decisions are reviewed and made by an Altus Group hiring professional. Background Checks Please note that as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace, Altus Group may conduct background checks on candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment. These checks may include, but are not limited to, verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal records, credit history (where relevant), and reference checks. The scope and nature of background checks may vary depending on the role, location, and applicable laws. All background checks will be conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations, and candidates will be informed of any checks required as part of the recruitment process. Other Notes / Application Process We appreciate all applicants; however, only those selected to move forward will be contacted. Thank you for your interest in Altus Group." But we must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, EEO, scam-warning, application instructions. The instruction says: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we need to strip out EEO statement, background checks, AI tools, background checks, other notes/application process. Also the "Use of Artificial Intelligence" maybe considered boilerplate? It's about hiring process; could be considered application instructions? Probably remove. The "Background Checks" also likely boilerplate/legal; remove. The "Other Notes / Application Process" definitely remove. Thus Benefits section should include only the substantive offerings: Rewarding performance, Growth and development, Flexible work model, Inclusivity & Accessibility (maybe keep the statement about inclusivity but not the EEO legal details? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The inclusivity statement includes EEO language; we might need to strip that part. However the sentence: "Altus Group is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where all clients and employees feel welcomed, accepted and valued." That's not boilerplate; it's a statement. The following sentence about being an Equal Opportunity Employer and non-discrimination is boilerplate; we should remove that. Also the accommodation contact info maybe considered part of benefits? Could
