Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning, designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations within SailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security requirements.
- Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; your deep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdles.
- Work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practices for ongoing ISC administration and governance.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information security, or a related field is required; SailPoint professional certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferred.
- Proven application onboarding and migration expertise, including leading at least one significant migration from legacy IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Deep understanding of IAM and access governance (identity lifecycle, access requests, certification, role engineering), security controls, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Ability to lead technical workstreams, make informed decisions, mentor team members, and drive complex identity governance initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions; knowledge of AI tools and integrations, including management of non-human and agent identities.
- Ability to travel as required.
