Manager, Risk Management Data Analytics
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Risk Management Data Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee a team focused on risk management analytics, with an emphasis on operational leadership, coaching, and quality control. The manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen analytical output and support effective decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can translate data into actionable insights, improve processes, and guide the team in a fast-moving, remote environment. The position also plays a key role in developing internal and external analytical content, staying current on industry trends, and identifying opportunities to better leverage technology and data assets.

Responsibilities
- Set and manage daily operations for direct reports
- Coach analysts in their work while ensuring accuracy
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform team training
- Create internal and external analytical content
- Develop efficient processes for analytics solutions
- Propose technology and data asset utilization strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote management experience in analytics or operations
- 3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and technical roles
- Strong technical skills with SQL, preferably in cloud environments
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Pay
$136,000 – $170,000 annually
