Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Set the pricing methodology and create defensible pricing frameworks
- Own risk strategy discussions with C-suite, recommending actionable portfolio adjustments
- Transform monitoring functions into proactive decision engines
- Design the data architecture for Risk Analytics using dbt and Snowflake
- Mentor and elevate team performance, emphasizing AI-driven processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in actuarial pricing or predictive modeling with a focus on methodology ownership
- Strong analytical skills using SQL, Python or R, and data modeling tools like dbt and Snowflake
- Experience mentoring senior analysts or data scientists to elevate team technical standards
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to various audiences, including C-suite
- Relevant actuarial experience (ACAS or similar preferred)
- Passionate about leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
