Responsibilities
- Risk Governance - Ensure policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Data Management - Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to support risk assessment and decision-making
- Control Implementation - Implement and monitor controls to mitigate identified risks
- Client Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective risk management
- Issue Resolution - Identify and address risks proactively to prevent potential incidents
- Reporting - Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management or data governance
- Experience with data analytics and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
