Responsibilities

• Oversee a team managing CDM integrity and charge capture strategies
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize revenue cycle processes
• Evaluate and maintain workflow efficiencies related to billing and charge capture
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with billing and coding standards
• Provide incident management and systemic problem resolution
• Lead special projects including pricing initiatives and system implementations
• Manage budget preparation and maintain budgetary controls
