Manager Revenue Cycle Application Services

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the scope, schedule and quality of Epic implementation and adoption specifically to revenue cycle.
• Working closely with IS/IT and operational leadership to coordinate activities.
• Ensure operational teams are engaged.
• Review the progress of the project on an ongoing basis with IS/IT leadership and organizational senior leadership.

Job Qualifications

• BS degree in Business or business project management related field required
• 3+ years of experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication and people skills
• A strong commitment to customer service
• The ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple assignments, to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Must be PC literate and have knowledge of Micros register system
• The ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Strong computer, analytical, mathematical, interpersonal and communication skills are required
