Responsibilities

• Drive Omnichannel Planning Strategy: Develop scenario plans to proactively respond to changing demand, supply challenges, and market trends.
• Optimize Inventory & Allocation: Create accurate demand forecasts by channel using sales trends, digital insights, and market data.
• Assortment & Product Lifecycle Management: Develop localized assortment strategies based on customer demand, geography, climate, and demographics.
• Strategic Leadership: Present strategic recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.
• Leverage Planning Systems: Power BI, Tableau, and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in Omnichannel inventory planning & fulfillment strategy
• 5+ years experience in Assortment planning, localization, and size optimization (footwear-specific)
• Functioned in both field and corporate environments
• Track record of Speed-to-market agility and trend responsiveness
• Advanced Excel
• Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The actual pay will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
