Manager, Retail Partnerships

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects that enhance performance and customer experience
• Collaborate across functions such as Operations, Finance, and Product to resolve partnership challenges
• Identify trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
• Manage projects from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to support growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present summaries of findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Balance strategic analysis with execution to capitalize on growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience (management consulting, investment banking, or tech/marketplace industry)
• Exceptional quantitative skills and analytical aptitude, proficient in Excel and ideally SQL
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategic plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Demonstrated leadership skills and partnership-building experience
• Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset

Pay

$95,000 – $140,000 annually
