Manager, Retail

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive “employee life cycle” for all staff members.
• Ensure an authentic experience for Hard Rock guests by maintaining a visually inviting retail business, proper inventory, and amplified service.
• Operate a financially profitable retail business operation.
• Grow the business through innovative sales and marketing concepts.
• Coordinate operations between departments.
• Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.
• Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners, and investors.
• Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business.
• Build business/market share by promoting the company and participating in local events.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships within the business and social community.
• Spearhead philanthropic initiatives.
• Work as a team to ensure we exceed Guest expectations.
• Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.
• Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
• Utilize programs designed to help Save the Planet.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managerial success in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make high-quality decisions and handle complex issues.
• Adequate educational background is required.
• Strong leadership behaviors and technical skills to drive business success.
• Adherence to health/safety and food safety regulations.
• Effective communication and listening skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write professionally.
• Comprehension and use of technical or professional language.
• Ability to present information in various settings.
• Multiple language abilities are beneficial, with fluency in English required.
