Manager Restaurant Relief

Specific Job Functions

• Maintain service levels and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by interacting with guests at each table.
• Complete various financial and operational reports.
• Order products and supplies for the restaurant.
• Lead daily pre-shift and staff training meetings.
• Hire, schedule, counsel, and commend staff members.
• Train employees on service procedures and hold them accountable.
• Ensure that all daily tasks are completed and equipment is in good working order.
• Manage cleanliness and sanitation within the restaurant.
• Communicate professionally via email and adhere to computer use guidelines.
• Provide necessary tools to staff and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Control and manage labor costs within budgeted limits.
• Follow departmental and company policies.
• Achieve service, financial, and human resource goals set by company executives.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• A college degree is preferred.
• A professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
