Core Responsibilities
- Avoids confidential data and utilizes systems for ad-hoc reporting.
- Facilitates quarterly calibration exercises and provides feedback.
- Liaises between Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders.
- Supports talent operations projects from inception to implementation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing complex data sets, analyzing trends, and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience with advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet.
Pay
New York: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The requirement is expected to increase over time.
