Manager, Resource Operations

Core Responsibilities

• Avoids confidential data and utilizes systems for ad-hoc reporting.
• Facilitates quarterly calibration exercises and provides feedback.
• Liaises between Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders.
• Supports talent operations projects from inception to implementation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing complex data sets, analyzing trends, and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet.

Pay

New York: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The requirement is expected to increase over time.
