Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s collections program across various engagement channels
- Develop strategies to enhance collections and improve overall customer experience
- Manage relationships with BPOs, AI vendors, and technology partners for compliance and performance
- Analyze portfolio performance to identify improvements through data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and scale innovative collections solutions
- Oversee AI-enabled servicing, digital communication strategies, and self-service experiences
- Drive engagement initiatives across all collections channels with a focus on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading collections programs
- Experience managing operations across multiple channels including voice and digital
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and financial services operations
- Proficient in working with BPO partners and external service providers
- Ability to leverage data for business decisions and operational improvements
- Familiarity with technology, automation, and AI in customer engagement
- Proven success in leading operational initiatives that yield measurable outcomes
