Responsibilities
- Work with and assist the Associate Director and Director to establish media objectives, plans, and troubleshoot.
- Delegate work across planners and assistants, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high level of detail.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with relevant team members and clients.
- Lead and manage digital campaigns from planning through optimization, focusing on display banners, video, and digital audio.
- Manage and develop the Strategist(s) and Assistant(s) on the team, fostering a positive work environment and emphasizing teamwork.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their day-to-day concerns and ensuring smooth operations.
- Align with cross-team efforts, including account teams, published media, marketing sciences, and external creative agencies and partners.
- Create and present documents that effectively communicate results to clients.
Qualifications
- Deliver media planning and services with accuracy, including plan and budget maintenance.
- Plan, activate, manage, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Establish effective client relationships, managing day-to-day responsibilities.
- Explore alternative media solutions with an innovative perspective.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, and solid decision-making.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of media planning experience, with integrated experience preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, communication, and digital activation.
- A clear understanding of the media process and digital landscape, along with experience using media, syndicated research, and proprietary analytics tools (e.g., MRI, Nielsen Adviews, eTelmar, DCM, Prisma, Comscore).
- Action-oriented, able to identify issues, propose solutions, and anticipate outcomes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, to delegate tasks, and manage the workload of others.
Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50,000—$95,000 USD. Benefits include:

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office and two (2) days remote. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with potential future adjustments based on business needs.
