Manager, Residential Demand Planning
About the role
QCELLS seeks an experienced Manager, Demand Planning to lead demand forecasting and business planning functions within the Biz Planning & Ops team, Residential Solutions. In this role, you will own the end-to-end demand planning process—from data infrastructure and forecasting models to cross-functional alignment and executive reporting—with direct impact on revenue, margin, and operational efficiency. The Manager will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy, financial close processes, and analytical frameworks. The ideal candidate is a seasoned planning professional who can lead independently, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex data into clear business narratives. This position will report to the Team Lead, Biz Planning & Ops, or another senior personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based out of our office in San Francisco, CA, and will require up to 20% travel as needed.
