MANAGER RESIDENCY TRAINING PROGRAMS

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to the house staff office for residency-related matters
• Cook up the Orthodontics Program and support the director
• Supervise program coordinators and provide backup during absences
• Implement best practices to enhance resident academic experiences
• Simplify complex information for diverse audiences
• Maintain effective communication with both residents and stakeholders
• Multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience leading and mentoring teams
• 1-3 years experience with Google and Microsoft applications
• 1-3 years experience in an academic medical center setting preferred
• Knowledge of residency program development and implementation preferred
• Familiarity with ACGME accreditation and HR processes
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
