Find your calling at Mercy! Primary Responsibilities Of The Manager-Reimbursement Are Maximize governmental reimbursement through supervision of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support. Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and A/R reserves. Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursment. Position Details This position is REMOTE Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance. Licensure: None. Experience: 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment including experience managing staff. Other Effective communication skills with peers and upper management. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process. Why Mercy?
