About the role

We’re hiring a Manager, Recruiter Enablement to help recruiting teams at our employer partners understand, adopt, and confidently use Clasp in the hiring process. This role will build the training, tools, and playbooks recruiters need to communicate Clasp’s value to candidates and embed it into day-to-day recruiting workflows. You’ll work closely with Partner Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Talent Ecosystem teams to drive recruiter readiness and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Build recruiter enablement programs for partner organizations.
  • Create training materials, talk tracks, FAQs, templates, and objection-handling resources.
  • Lead live training, webinars, and workshops for recruiter audiences.
  • Support customer launches by helping recruiters understand how to position Clasp.
  • Track recruiter engagement and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to improve recruiter-facing materials and workflows.
  • Gather recruiter feedback and turn it into practical improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–9+ years of experience in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, customer success, sales enablement, or partner enablement.
  • Experience working with recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition teams.
  • Self-starter who can build and define this role from the ground up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a highly engaging presenter.
  • Experience creating enablement content such as playbooks, templates, decks, or trainings.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A practical, operator mindset and comfort building programs from scratch.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare recruiting, HR tech, or benefits experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or hard-to-fill recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with student loan repayment or financial wellness programs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, we offer an attractive equity component as part of our compensation package, providing an opportunity for eligible employees to share in the success and growth of our company.
