About the Role
You will be Manager of the Reactor Vessel Internals Replacement Engineering group for the Reactor Component Engineering department. You will lead the engineering team responsible for the design and analysis of major the reactor vessel, including support for operating plants through outage support and modifications and new plant designs. This position is hybrid; you will be onsite 2 days per week at our global headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and report to the Director, Reactor Component Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, including performance management, career development, and hiring
- Manage work planning, prioritization, and resource management across all supporting departments for multiple projects
- Ensure high-quality delivery of engineering work products according to internal quality processes and industry standards
- Mentor team members to enhance overall team capability and technical proficiency
- Provide management-level technical oversight for reactor vessel analysis, closure analyses, long-term operations, and uprates
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a safety and quality culture
- Coordinate emergent response to customer issues for your responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline
- Typically 10 years of progressively responsible engineering and/or leadership experience
- Leadership competency and existing experience
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Ability to gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make decisions

Pay
Estimated base salary range for this position is $130,400 to $163,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
Schedule
This position is hybrid; you will be onsite 2 days per week.
