Manager Quality Assurance

The company manages a large scale of operations, with a wide reach that includes oversight of numerous hotels. 2. About the Opportunity:The Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting brand integrity by conducting regular quality assessments across a large territory of hotels. This role ensures compliance with cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards, directly contributing to the maintenance and growth of the organization's hospitality portfolio. 3. Responsibilities:Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluations across assigned hotels.Address internal inquiries and communications regarding quality standards.Monitor travel expenses aligned with monthly and yearly budgets.Participate in consistency exercises to standardize quality assessments.Engage in activities outside of Quality Assurance to broaden departmental knowledge.Coordinate travel plans and hotel scheduling to ensure timely completion of QA activities.Communicate with various teams including Quality Auditors, Brand teams, and Human Resources regarding compliance and improvement plans. 4. Requirements:Minimum five years of management experience in Hotel Operations.At least three years as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a hotel setting.Valid Driver's license.Willingness to travel 90% of the time.Bachelor's degree preferred.Project management experience.Knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for this role is $77,500 to $100,000, determined by experience and location.Eligibility to participate in the organization's Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with similar positions. 6.
