Manager, Proposals & Content Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the complete proposal and RFP process from start to finish
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams for timely responses
• Define timelines and roles to enhance process predictability
• Develop and manage a centralized content library for proposals
• Work with marketing to adjust messaging based on insights
• Draft, edit, and ensure clarity and alignment in responses
• Utilize AI tools to quicken drafting and maintain response quality
• Collaborate with experts to ensure strategic alignment in proposals
• Track and analyze proposal trends for performance improvement

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in proposal management in a B2B sales setting
• Experience managing end-to-end RFP processes
• Strong writing and editing skills for enterprise proposals
• Background in building or managing a content library
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance writing and workflows
• Systems-oriented with a knack for structure in high-growth settings
