Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role. The Manager, Proposals is responsible for leading the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantages. This role serves as the final quality authority for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and associated questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission. This position is focused on proposal excellence, response quality, and content consistency. The Manager, Proposals plays a critical role in shaping proposal strategy, strengthening competitive positioning, and influencing how Meritain Health presents its capabilities and solutions in the marketplace.
