What You'll Do

  • Lead the Connection Between Strategy, Technology, and Business Results
  • Coach and develop a team of Senior Business Analysts and Product Owners
  • Establish priorities and ensure alignment between business goals, product roadmaps, and project initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Drive effective requirements gathering, solution design, prioritization, and delivery planning
  • Guide teams through complex business and technology initiatives while removing obstacles and promoting accountability
  • Foster strong relationships across departments and serve as a trusted advisor on business transformation efforts
  • Promote best practices in business analysis, product management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring solutions are well understood, adopted, and delivering intended value
  • Monitor team performance, project outcomes, and key success metrics to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience leading complex business, technology, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, product management, and project delivery methodologies
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum and traditional project environments
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities while driving execution and delivering results
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise business applications, digital transformation, or technology modernization efforts
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), CBAP, or similar certification
  • Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience with Agile PM toolsets such as Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, or tools a plus
