Manager, Project Manager- Sales
General Responsibilities
Strategically Lead Complex Programs: Drive and govern moderate to large-scale, complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction, establishing clear structure, and developing adaptive project plans to meet changing requirements.
Ensure Flawless Execution & Risk Management: Oversee meticulous project documentation to mitigate risk, ensure accountability, and deliver all initiatives on time and to intended goals.
Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner and influence stakeholders across all levels of the company, providing strategic thought partnership and leveraging exceptional communication skills to secure alignment and drive commitment delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 Years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters / MBA degree
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management in Plano, TX. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
