About the Opportunity:The MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT is responsible for leading enterprise implementation projects that support the organization's integrated operations strategy. This role ensures timely and efficient delivery of B2B cohort projects, reducing implementation timelines and improving process consistency. The position plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities:Develop and implement detailed project plans for enterprise implementations.Manage the daily execution of customized enterprise cohort pipelines, maintaining high on-time launch rates.Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and mitigate challenges.Conduct retrospective analysis to evaluate project outcomes and performance.Serve as the main liaison among internal teams to align objectives and timelines.Coordinate resource management across Curriculum Design, Hardware Deployment, and Local Sites.Facilitate effective collaboration and empower decision-making among stakeholders.Utilize project management systems and dashboards to provide live updates and feedback.Ensure team access and proficiency with project management tools.Lead project kickoff meetings and support team training on Agile and project management best practices. Requirements:Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.At least 4 years of progressive project management experience.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, preferably Smartsheet.Ability to manage multiple complex projects and identify process bottlenecks.Strong facilitation and communication skills.Adaptability to changing priorities and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.Experience with process mapping tools and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000, determined by factors including experience.
