Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs across the organization
- Align project priorities with strategic business goals and organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain project management methodologies, governance practices, tools, and standards
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and performance metrics
- Monitor portfolio performance, proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues, and resource constraints
- Support portfolio prioritization and long-term capacity planning with senior leadership
Qualifications
- 6+ years of increasingly responsible experience in project management, program management, computer software, or electrical engineering
- 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience
- 2+ years of 9-1-1, emergency communications, or public safety experience preferred
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent project planning, program management, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and project management tools
- Experience utilizing reporting, dashboard, and project portfolio management solutions preferred
- Absolutely no requirement for drug testing

The compensation is anticipated between $115,000 and $125,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
