What You Will Do
- Develop and manage the go-to-market project roadmap, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and priorities.
- Establish clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Drive execution of go-to-market initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments.
- Standardize project management processes and best practices across initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to project delivery and outcomes.
- Support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
- Participate in strategic planning efforts related to go-to-market capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or a related function, with experience supporting go-to-market or business operations initiatives.
- Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively.

Pay
The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience:
- Boston: $103,700 - $155,600
- Los Angeles: $111,500 - $167,300
- New York: $111,500 - $167,300
- Orange County: $111,500 - $167,300
- Philadelphia: $101,600 - $152,500
- San Diego: $111,500 - $167,300
- San Francisco: $119,300 - $178,900
- Santa Monica: $111,500 - $167,300
