About Caturus Management Services, LLC

The Caturus platform supports Kimmeridge's goal of providing low-cost energy on demand with the lowest carbon footprint. Kimmeridge aims to build the only independent, fully integrated natural gas and LNG export platform in the U.S., combining its upstream operations with Commonwealth LNG, a 9.5 million tonnes per annum liquefied natural gas export terminal in southwestern Louisiana.

Caturus is a Houston-based, private exploration and production company focused on growing production through the development of deep, high-pressure, dry gas windows in the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk formations in Texas and Louisiana, while maintaining a strict safety focus.

Commonwealth LNG was established by experienced industry professionals who aim to innovate the LNG construction process. They prioritize safety, risk management, and achieving the highest environmental standards in their world-class LNG export facility.
