About the role

The Program Manager with Security Clearance is responsible for overseeing complex projects within the security clearance environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a valid security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules
• Oversee team performance and ensure project milestones are met
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Requirements

• A valid Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing high-stakes, sensitive projects
• Experience in the defense industry or related field
• Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
