Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision for division Capital, Indirect and Non-Contractual Technical Activity projects including Marketing and Sales, Bid and Proposal, and Independent Research and Development.
- Develop employee skills and evaluate performance on capital, NCTA and Indirect activities including color of money rules, time phasing, spend baseline, forecast spend plans, monthly performance measurement, ETC & EAC analysis, and variance analysis with special attention to Capital Forecasting for Major Subcontracts, Facilities and General Procurement.
- Oversee employee deliverables such as weekly reporting of actuals, variance explanations, coordination of IWOs, tracking of material open commitments, and development of recovery plans.
- Develop monthly presentations and brief leadership at various levels.
- Support the development of the consolidated Long Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan for Discretionary Investments.
- Lead Enterprise audit preparation for internal and external reviews, coordinating with other cost managers, organizing data deliveries, and checking program health with the Earned Value Sector team.
- Collaborate with the Sector Tools Team for deployment of Cost and Schedule Management tools to the Enterprise, including testing functionality, communicating enhancements/bugs, and ensuring tool success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 7 years of Finance/Business Management work experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of Finance/Business Management work experience.
- Experience developing and presenting business strategies, financial information, and risk assessments to leadership teams.
- Experience leading Government Audits by both internal and external auditors.
- Active U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related discipline.
- Expertise in financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple activities concurrently, adapt to shifting priorities, and respond to rapid changes.
- Knowledge of EVMS/FAR/DFARS.

Pay
Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 – $219,800.00. Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions when determining base salary offers. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus may be available in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
Schedule
- Onsite daily in El Segundo, CA.
- Travel required approximately 10% of the time.
Relocation assistance may be available. Secret clearance required for start.
