Manager, Professional Services (TS/SCI Or Higher Required)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Professional Services (TS/SCI Or Higher Required) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a Federal professional services team focused on delivering complex technical engagements across enterprise IT and cybersecurity environments. The manager will oversee delivery execution, guide team performance, and ensure financial accountability across the portfolio while partnering closely with sales, engineering, and customer success stakeholders. This position also plays a key role in shaping scopes of work, maintaining compliance with federal requirements, and driving successful adoption after deployment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Federal professional services consultants Own delivery performance and financial health of the Federal professional services portfolio Build strong relationships with key agency stakeholders and maintain compliance with Federal regulations Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineers to scope technical engagements and write detailed SOWs Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions from deployment to operational adoption Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field TS/SCI or higher security clearance required 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration in enterprise IT or cybersecurity 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical consulting teams Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal market and operational dynamics of Federal IT deployment Benefits Retirement plans Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Paid parental leave Support for community involvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
