Manager, Professional Services (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Professional Services (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead professional services operations with a focus on team development, performance management, and support for pre-sales and revenue-related activities. The manager will partner closely with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate planning, strong execution, and consistent client delivery. Success in this position will require balancing multiple priorities while coaching the team and driving measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$108,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and develop high-performing teams
• Lead skill development and mentorship programs
• Manage team performance and track key metrics
• Serve as a subject matter expert in pre-sales activities
• Ensure accurate budget and LOE reviews
• Oversee revenue management and team performance metrics
• Conduct executive reviews and strategic coaching for sales improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managed services or related IT roles
• 3+ years of leadership experience with technical teams
• Expertise in vendor management
• Strong skills in conflict negotiation and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple client demands and priorities
• Proficient in analytical problem-solving for technical or project management
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• ITIL Foundation certification
