About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Build and grow a team for operationalizing AIDR and the Falcon platform
• Provide tactical support to team members for high-quality service delivery
• Deliver technical implementation and troubleshooting assistance to customers
• Operationalize and curate services focusing on AI-driven detection
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for successful service outcomes
• Mentor team members to expand their AI/ML-driven security skills
• Anticipate customer needs leveraging new features and capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in professional services
• 4+ years in SOC leadership managing direct reports
• 4+ years in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response with AI/ML exposure
• Experience with a broad range of SaaS technologies
• Knowledge of infrastructure services in AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Familiarity with AI/ML in cybersecurity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

$140,000 – $195,000 annually
