Manager, Professional Services - Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Software Implementation Consultants through mentoring and performance management
• Oversee customer engagement quality and manage delivery risks to achieve high satisfaction
• Establish and improve operational performance using KPIs and capacity planning
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Collaborate across departments to support product adoption and strategic initiatives
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements in team workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, or related roles
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with a record of developing team members
• Experience managing complex customer engagements and stakeholder relationships
• Strong skills in project management and operational planning
• Demonstrated ability to develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills in various formats

Pay

$140,000 – $155,000 annually
