Manager, Consulting Services

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing success and value realization for enterprise customers using Resident Consultant services
• Define long-term strategies for the Resident Consultant team to enhance service delivery
• Recruit and develop future Resident Consultants at the company
• Keep executives informed of progress and advocate for necessary changes
• Actively lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach
• Advocate for and instill the company’s cultural principles within the team and organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, account management, or consulting
• 3+ years in management roles, focusing on talent recruitment and retention
• Experience managing $1M+ ACV customers
• Proficient in Enterprise SaaS, with clear understanding of its complexities
• Strong skills in executive stakeholder management and communication

Pay

• $101,420 – $136,363 annually
