About the Role
The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As an Area Coach, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.
What You'll Do
- Plan and schedule daily production to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Interact with Production Support teams and Team Leaders to optimize flow and throughput.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure team training.
- Monitor and analyze productivity reports and key performance indicators.
- Provide direction, support, and coaching to Team Leaders.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in production management and scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills to review productivity and performance data.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to establish and implement standard operating procedures.
- Experience in budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as engineering, business, operations management, or logistics).
- Option 2: At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a production or operations environment, preferably in a distribution center, pharmacy automation, or a similar high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Option 3: 4 years of experience in an automation, manufacturing, warehousing, or pharmacy facility.
- To complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program. Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $76,000.00 - $114,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
