About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Production Operations to join our content production team. This role is high-visibility and offers significant growth potential within an expanding production team.
Responsibilities
- Translate campaign concepts into clear production plans with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables across brands and markets
- Own end-to-end production on select brands — from pre-production through on-set execution and final delivery
- Manage shoot logistics including crew hiring, location scouting, call sheets, and scheduling
- Create and manage agency briefs to ensure cross-functional alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Identify and resolve production risks before they impact timelines or budgets
- Track and manage project budgets in partnership with Production and Finance
- Support SOW development and identify opportunities to optimize spend across campaigns
- Identify efficiencies across shoots including multi-brand and multi-channel execution opportunities
- Ensure campaigns account for downstream needs including retail, e-commerce, and digital channels
- Maintain Monday.com and production tracking systems to keep project status visible across teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on production experience with a strong background in photography and video shoot production
- Proven ability to manage vendors, crew, and creative partners independently and with confidence
- Experience managing production budgets with full line-item accountability and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple productions simultaneously across different brands and timelines
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows, asset management, and delivery requirements
- Experience with Monday.com or similar production management platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-first approach under pressure
Qualifications
- Fashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand portfolio environment experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in production, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in a brand licensing or multi-brand portfolio environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
- Experience supporting global campaigns across retail, wholesale, and digital channels
