Responsibilities
- Reimagine the mobile experience for small business customers
- Define, build, and accelerate digital experiences in our mobile app
- Enable quick and well-managed service delivery to small business customers
- Lead a high-impact, mobile team
- Create a vision for the future and gain broad stakeholder alignment
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while overcoming obstacles
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $149,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management positions in McLean, VA, $179,700 - $205,100 in New York, NY, and $149,800 - $171,000 in Richmond, VA. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
