Manager, Product Manager - Incentive Platform

About the role

The Manager of Product Management for Incentive Platforms spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This role involves defining incentive marketing bonus structures that support business growth objectives and increasing optionality for our customers. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities and coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize incentive marketing bonus structures to support business growth objectives and increase customer optionality.
• Collaborate with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities.
• Work with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations.

Requirements

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Skills

• Strong understanding of incentive marketing and its impact on customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay

Salaries for this role vary by location:

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Wilmington, DE: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
