Manager, Product Manager - Incentive Platform

About the role

The Manager of Product Management for Incentive Platforms spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This role involves defining incentive marketing bonus structures that support business growth objectives and increasing optionality for our customers. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities and coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Define incentive marketing bonus structures that support business growth objectives and increase optionality for customers
• Work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities
• Coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations

Requirements

• Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

• Salaries for Manager, Product Management vary by location:
• Mclean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
• Wilmington, DE: $149,800 - $171,000
