Manager, Product Manager - Enterprise Payments - Core Platform
About the role
The Product Manager for the Enterprise Payments team plays a critical role in achieving our goals. This is a highly collaborative role, where the individual will work closely with a team of product managers as well partnering with designers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and business partners to transform the experience for all of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Define the capabilities, contracts, and standards that rail teams build against: the SDK that governs how payment events flow across ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and Check;
- Orchestrate layers that ensure transactions complete reliably or compensate gracefully;
- Develop, launch, and enhance payments experiences that meet the unique needs of various customer personas, including consumer, small business, and commercial;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment;
- Translate business strategy and analysis into digital products.
Requirements
- Deep fluency in platform product thinking — defining developer experience, API contracts, and integration patterns;
- Comfortable debating architectural tradeoffs with engineers;
- Ability to translate platform investment into business value for leaders and lines of business.
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $149,800 - $188,100 annually. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
