Manager, Product Management - Ventures Lending (Business Cards & Payments)

About the role

In BC&P, you will lead the strategy and implementation for product setup, partnerships, and customer support for Ventures Lending. You will navigate complex problem solving across multiple lines of business to drive technical partnership and support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term technical improvements, create PRDs for destination builds, test and learn into using Alternative Data (ADS) to underwrite customers, and refine the roadmap for long-term scaling.
• Work with operations and tech teams to implement intent across various enterprise platforms, ensuring the core product meets our requirements.
• Lead the product POV for network and community/CDFI partnerships, including referral logic, data sharing agreements, and prioritizing improvements based on partner feedback.
• Develop and scale strategy for financial health, resources and support tools, servicing, and loss mitigation, ensuring alignment between COF and partner support models.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, manage E2E testing strategies, and ensure the product remains well-managed regarding risk.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
