Manager, Product Management - Ventures Lending (Business Cards & Payments)
About the role
In BC&P, you will lead the strategy and implementation for product setup, partnerships, and customer support for Ventures Lending, a mission-based credit card focused on closing gaps in equity and opportunity for traditionally underserved small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term technical improvements, create PRDs for destination builds, test and learn into using Alternative Data (ADS) to underwrite customers, and refine the roadmap for long-term scaling.
- Work with operations and tech teams to implement intent across various enterprise platforms, ensuring the core product meets our requirements.
- Lead the product POV for network and community/CDFI partnerships, including referral logic, data sharing agreements, and prioritizing improvements based on partner feedback.
- Develop and scale strategy for financial health, resources and support tools, servicing, and loss mitigation, ensuring alignment between COF and partner support models.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, manage E2E testing strategies, and ensure the product remains well-managed regarding risk.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field),
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience.
Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Pay
Salaries for Manager, Product Management vary by location, ranging from $164,800 - $188,100 in McLean, VA, $179,700 - $205,100 in New York, NY, and $149,800 - $171,000 in Richmond, VA. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
