Manager, Product Management - Servicing & Core Modernization

About the Role

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this Manager-level Product Manager will be the hands-on lead driving the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform. They will work at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy to translate architectural trade-offs into actionable requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies.

• Bridging the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
• Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones.
• Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
