We are seeking a Manager, Product Management - Core Enterprise Applications to guide and execute the delivery of business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of quality products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and foster our “people first” culture.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate capabilities-based product roadmaps and performance.
- Gain a thorough understanding of end consumer and business stakeholder needs and translate them into product strategy.
- Create epics to drive improvements to product vision, features, and back-end systems.
- Identify goals, metrics, and appropriate analytics to measure product performance and make recommendations based on learnings.
- Review recommended solutions and work of the product team to ensure alignment with company, stakeholder, and end user priorities.
- Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met.
- Remove roadblocks and obstacles to help ensure delivery of products to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Receive and prioritize incoming requests from business partners and stakeholders, considering business strategy, product vision, and user needs.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding product portfolio progress.
- Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and educate requestors on prioritization based on tangible benefits and user experience.
- Guide more junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis, and execution tasks.
- Participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices.
- Manage a team of 1 direct report.
- Travel 20% overnight to other Trex sites.
Requirements
We are seeking leaders with 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in designing, configuring, and deploying end-to-end business processes. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the JDE ERP platform and hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring Strong JDE functional knowledge across key modules and an understanding of JDE architecture. Comprehensive product management experience spanning the full lifecycle, from market research, requirements gathering, and data-driven roadmapping to go-to-market execution, along with proven success applying Agile methodologies. Exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively across all levels, and influence without direct authority. Strategic insight into the ERP market, including awareness of technology trends and the ability to align product direction with evolving business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the JDE ERP platform.
Skills
Strong JDE functional knowledge across key modules and an understanding of JDE architecture.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $118,000 - $170,000 annually. Eligible for annual/sales bonus.
