Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Document Management Platform
About the role
The Enterprise Document Management Platform team manages over 15 billion customer-related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. They build and own reusable capabilities across the end-to-end document lifecycle and are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of real-time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for backend products, API integrations, and Gen AI/ML capabilities
- Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for our internal customers and agents
- Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda
- Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $149,800 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management positions in various cities.
Schedule
This role is full-time and eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
