Responsibilities

• Envision, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that enhance the quality of life for software delivery teams while maintaining high quality and security standards.
• Transform the Capital One Developer Experience by defining and executing strategy to improve developer productivity, test automation, and the delivery pipeline.
• Partner with tech and design partners to develop tools and strategies for developers, including writing, building, and testing code, and implementing test automation in the DevOps pipeline.
• Drive the adoption of development tools, automated testing, and provide quality measures on developed software.
• Champion developer needs by leveraging the Software Development Life Cycle and industry best practices to establish a developer experience vision and strategies.
• Define features and collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivered capabilities align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, or a combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience, or a Bachelor's degree in any field and relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script.
