Manager, Product Management- Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy to improve developer productivity, test automation, and the delivery pipeline.
• Partner with tech and design teams to develop tools and strategies for developers, including writing, building, and testing code, and implementing test automation in the DevOps pipeline.
• Drive the adoption of development tools, automated testing, and quality measures for developed software.
• Champion developer needs by leveraging the Software Development Life Cycle and industry best practices to establish a vision and strategies for the developer experience.
• Define features and collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these qualifications.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script).

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and industry best practices.
• Ability to translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
